Registration

  • Premium Booth receives priority placement within the Exhibit Hall and invite to exclusive FOA happy hour on Tuesday evening. Each vendor booth will receive one six-foot table with black drape, two chairs and signage. 2 Vendor Badges permitted with each exhibit booth; lunch included for 2 vendors. Exhibitors receive a space in Vendor Passport with the option to donate a raffle prize to be used toward the grand prize raffle! If you will need an electrical drop for your table, contact Encore via the EventNow Portal by April 26, 2024 (contact information to follow).

  • Join us Wednesday evening for a Happy Hour with all attendees before the night's festivities begin. This provides you the opportunity to mingle with all 400+ conference attendees and corporate employees. This is a great opportunity to reach non-FOA Members!
  • Join us Wednesday night as the exclusive sponsor for our FOA Member outing. We are headed to Bowlero for bowling, mini golf, drinks and dinner. As the exclusive sponsor, you will have the opportunity to speak with our Franchisees in a casual setting throughout the evening! This is a highlight of conference for sure!
  • Be the favorite vendor of our annual exclusive FOA Member Meeting by sponsoring the champagne toast at this event! This event is open to FOA members-only and is a great way to get your name and contact information in front of our most successful franchisees by sponsoring this annual event!
  • Sponsor recognition during select breakout session (multiple to choose from) with company names and logos on digital reader boards.
  • Receive contact information for all registered conference participants (estimated 400+ partcipants)
  • Get your company logo printed on all attendee canvas conference swag bags (approximately 400+). (No in-kind donations.)
  • Get your company name and logo highlighted in the conference mobile app for BOTH in-person and virtual attendees to see your business featured throughout the entire event. That's more than 500 eyes! Attendees will have access to app before and long after conference for many repeat impressions!

Important Dates to remember:

March 31 - Last day for conference vendor registration! 

April 1 - Last day to reserve hotel room at group rates and to register participants (but book sooner, rooms fill up!)

April 26 - Any fliers or goodies for participant’s bags must be received by this date.
